Susan Murray is a seasoned global recruitment leader with over two decades of experience building and leading high-performing talent teams across construction management, engineering, life sciences, and other highly regulated project environments. Her career has been rooted in scaling complex, multidisciplinary teams, particularly within design-build, engineering, and capital project delivery, where precision, speed, and stakeholder alignment are critical. Known for her collaborative leadership style, data-informed decision-making, and ability to connect across cultures and geographies, she is now focused on continuing to build Tammarak as a modern design-build recruitment agency that partners closely with clients to deliver top tier talent solutions.
